  • No, we prefer to quote a flat rate for each clean. This allows us to work hard and to prioritize finishing the entire job to our standards.

  • We can provide cleaning supplies and/or use your preferred cleaning supplies that you have in your home. It is up to you.

  • If no one is home, we will ask you to provide a key or a door code. It is up to you to determine what you are comfortable with.

  • Yes, we do but we only wash bedding.

  • Yes, if you need to cancel or reschedule please try to do so within 24 hours of the clean. If you forget about the clean and we come to your house we will charge a $50.00 missed appointment fee.

  • Yes, we are a small company and you can expect consistency with your cleaners.

  • We are happy to work around clutter. We are also available to help you get your clutter under control if needed. We can talk about this during your consultation.

  • We do not clean cloth window coverings or drapes. If you have light fixtures that cannot be reached with a standard 2 step kitchen stool or if you have unsafe fixtures, we will not be able to clean them. We will not clean artwork, any valuable ornaments or decorations.

    Please note that regular cleaning services do not include cleaning the interior of washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, or hood fans. If you would like these areas cleaned, please indicate this during your consultation process, there may be an extra fee.

  • We will clean a home with pets. However, if they feel threatened while having a cleaner in the home they will need to be secured in a room or out of the house during the clean. Please let us about your pets in advance.

  • Each standard cleaning includes vacuuming. I do have a carpet cleaner and can clean carpets for an extra fee.

  • We ask that you contact us via email before 8am. We will happily reschedule your time.
